Overview over the complete investigation and the associated reports

The report is divided into several sections.

This first section provides a setting (a base, or starting point) for the investigation by introducing the main hypotheses and the approach, and by looking at assumptions and boundary issues. It provides motivation for the subsequent investigation through a theoretical analysis of information requirements and information flows for both action and perception. It introduces the synthetic approach to look at the roots of language, i.e. conjectures about precursors to human language and their role in evolution.

The next section explores the feasibility of controlling action with the inner language based approach hypothesized here. A simulation system explores the approach for animation.

Subsequent sections continue with the synthetic approach to explore some of the other themes of this investigation.

Each section is divided into chapters which in turn are divided into web-pages.
